Internal Rhyme: The Self

Have you ever worried about yourself?

Have you ever wondered about your health?

Could you ever believe that the self and your health

are one in the same and that caring for one

is to be caring for the other in a cross-claim?

What if they were the samething with a different name!

The self and your health have been known to create a spiritual wealth

outside what a material wealth can offer oneself.

This true wealth does not come from money or material gain,

for it does not create a pain of strain within the brain's domain

as a stress to regress oneself to a state of excess distress.

When one knows the self and its health to be one in the same,

it could exist as a single entity with different names.

One might be able to heal one's lack of wealth by caring for the simple self

and believe it or not...your material wealth might be intertwined

and no longer left behind your spiritual self.

It is all one with one in the longrun and none

can be lost or done

unless it is to be for the betterment of each one.

And day by day, they can be heard to say,

"That's what I've heard them say, anyway!"
